Maintenance of zoning polygons and annotations outside Albuquerque City Limits was taken over by Bernalillo County Planning Dept - GIS Division as of November 1, 2017. Therefore, this feature class does not contain entries for zone changes outside of Albuquerque City limits after that date. This feature class is no longer being updated as of May 17, 2018 (the effective date of the Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO)) and has been replaced by IDO Zoning Cases as of that date. All zone map amendments with certificates issued on or after May 17, 2018 or zone map corrections that were given to AGIS on or after May 17, 2018 with appropriate documentation are entered into the IDO Zoning Cases feature class. </SPAN></P></DIV>
